This 511 Tactical Rain Coat includes full snap front and pass through pockets for quick access to your duty belt which is a must have in field situations. When you reverse the 5.11 Long High-Vis Reversible Tactical Coat you get a certified ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Class III jacket using 3M Scotchlite tape and highly visible yellow materials for safety. The bottom of the 5.11 Tactical High Vis Long Reversible Rain Coat snaps off, giving you a longer chore coat for times when you don't need waterproof coverage on your lower legs.
