AXIS 290B Security Cameras Outdoor Housing offers a convenient and tailor-made solution for mounting Axis network cameras imageoutdoors, and within other harsh environments. Tamper-proof your cameras and protect them against dust and heavy jet spray. Temperature controlled heating even ensures continued camera operation in cold weather conditions down to -4°F (-20°C).

Features of AXIS 290B Outdoor Housing:
  • The extruded aluminum housing allows Axis cameras to be used in outdoor and other harsh, humid and dusty environments.
  • It is compatible with AXIS 211, AXIS 211A, AXIS 221 Day & Night, AXIS 230, AXIS 2120, and AXIS 2420 Network Cameras and has an internal power supply suitable for the network cameras.
  • IP65 classified - for protection against dust and heavy jet spray.
  • Operates in temperatures ranging from -4°F (-20°C) to +108°F (+42°C). The unit includes temperature controlled heating. The housing should not be installed in areas that are subject to many hours of direct sunlight as the camera may overheat and become damaged.
  • Integral tamper-proof wall mounting bracket.
