Economical, versatile furnaces have heavy-duty firebrick insulation surrounding the chamber opening for added durability. Furnaces feature single setpoint control, built-in door safety switch. Adjustable alarm or over-temperature protection setting can be used to protect the furnace or loaded chamber from excessive heat. Thermocouple break protection cuts power to the heating elements, preventing thermocouple failure and runaway conditions. Heating elements are embedded in custom-formed refractory cement, reducing the penetration of contaminants. Heating elements can be replaced individually, reducing operational cost. Counter-weighted insulated door swings upward, directing heat away from operator.
