Poly-D-Lysine/Poly-L-Lysine Source: synthetic molecule. BD BioCoat Poly-Lysine cellware is tested for ability to promote firm attachment of rat cerebellar granule (RCG) cells. Pre-sterile; tested and found negative for bacteria and fungi. Poly-D-Lysine 96-well and 384-well plates are tested for signal from BD EcoPack2*-293 cells and washed on Skatron washer.
Poly-D-Lysine 384-well black/clear and white/clear plates have been reformulated to further enhance their performance in a number of specialized assays that demand superior cell attachment. Convenient and economical bulk packaging on all 96-well and 384-well plates allows for high volume use.
Culture flasks with a 25cm2 cell growth area have a volume of 70mL; 75cm2 flasks have a volume of 250mL; 150cm2 flasks have a volume of 600mL; and 175cm2 flasks have a volume of 750mL.
