These tactical pants feature high performance fabrics, design,  and quality construction to ensure top performance. Black Hawk Shell Pants are water and wind proof, with a breathable 3-layer laminate shell fabric with sealed seams to keep out the elements. These Blackhawk pants provide a rugged face fabric in high-abrasion areas, with reinforced knees and gusseted crotch. These all-weather pants have zippered leg cuffs with hook & loop adjustment that open wide for easy donning and doffing, and can be closed tightly to seal out the elements.
