Manfrotto Bogen Magfiber 5 Section Monopod Product Info

Manfrotto Bogen Magfiber 5 Section Monopod 695 is a five section, lightweight carbon fiber and magnesium imageManfrotto Bogen monopod. Extremely compact for travel, the Manfrotto Bogen Magfiber 5 Section Monopod 695 is crafted from carbon fiber using an exclusive, patented process. Under intense pressure, extra long carbon fibers are combined with resin to produce a stronger tube that absorbs more vibration - and with a wall thickness of only 1.2mm!

Manfrotto Bogen engineers have also replaced all aluminum components with magnesium. The switch represents a lateral move in sturdiness, yet a substantial gain in strength and overall reduction of weight.

Manfrotto Bogen Magfiber 5 Section Monopod 695 features rapid-action locks, a wrist strap and a camera platform with dual 1/4" and 3/8" camera fixing screw.

The monopod is an important part of every photographer's support equipment. Besides the tripod, the monopod is the best way to hold a camera in situations where space is limited, the quantity and weight of the equipment carried on location needs to be kept to a minimum, or set-up speed is needed. Correctly handled, the Manfrotto Bogen monopod supplies all the camera support you are likely to need even for long lenses. Just look at the press and sports photographers - they would not bother with them if they did not get results!
