Cleaners remove blood, proteins, and contaminants associated with sterilization of medical and dental instruments, as well as flux from electronics. They also deep clean to remove dirt, grease, waxes, and oils used from switches, gears, and metal and plastic parts, and assemblies.

The cleaning tank is recessed for fewer spills and drips. A durable, impact-resistant plastic enclosure withstands the toughest cleaning solutions and environments. The enclosure is lightweight for benchtop use. Tanks are rugged stainless steel. Sweep frequency ensures even cleaning throughout the tank. All units feature 40Hz industrial stacked transducers. All circuitry is solid state.

Choose from three different types of cleaners: units with mechanical timer, units with mechanical timer and heater, or units with digital timer, heater, degas, and temperature monitor. Units with mechanical timer feature a hold button for continuous cleaning. Units with digital readout/control option can be set to monitor for exact cleaning cycles up to 99 minutes, eliminating timing guesswork. Solution temperature is displayed in °C. For immediate use at maximum efficiency there is a degas function. For simplicity, one control is provided to activate ultrasonic cleaners and set a time limit.

Ordering Information: All models are supplied with a plastic tank cover except for 33995-554, -556, and -558, which come with a stainless steel tank cover.
