Ideal for cooling distillation condensers, refractometers, electrophoresis chambers, spectrophotometers, and similar heat-generating equipment. The 12L or 20L models accommodate large Erlenmeyer flasks, test tube racks and viscosity apparatus.
Baths feature a stainless steel reservoir, automatic compressor control for automatic cooling over the entire operating range, and an energy-saving modified PID temperature controller. User-calibrated electronics allow display temperature to be verified against a calibrated source. Electronically controlled high output pumps have five selectable output settings. Closed loop system flow rates up to 20L/min. with 0.4bar outflow pressure can be achieved. Operating temperature can be displayed in °C or °F. All units have adjustable over-temperature and low-liquid-level safety shutoffs. Universal symbols and text identify operating functions and status of safety features. CFC-free R-134a refrigerant used in all units.
RE-100 series models have a one-line LCD readout of actual and set-point temperature. RE-200 series models feature two-line LCD display with simultaneous readouts of actual and set-point temperature, remote fault indication through floating contact, and an RS-232/RS-485 interface for computer control.
