FOM-Series
Digital Filar Micrometers are designed to perform high-precision linear
measurements under a microscope and are used with microhardness testers,
microinterferometers, polarized light microscopes, etc. Available with either a dedicated
microcontroller-based readout/data processor or an RS-232 interface, FOM Micrometers make
a sound choice for critical O.E.M measurement applications. Each unit features a single
knurled knob that drives a crossline across the field of view. FOM Micrometers can be
clamped on any eyepiece tube with an outside diameter of 25mm. |
