Celestron NexImage 5 Solar System Imager Telescope Camera 93711 will allow you to take stellar images of the moon, sun, planets, and other objects inimage our solar system and around the universe. Featuring a five megapixel color sensor, these Celestron telescope accessories are outfitted with Micron DigitalClarity technology to reduce noise in the image for a clearer view of the night sky. The small pixel size (2.2 square microns) combines with the progressive scan capability of the camera to create bright, clear images in high resolution. The Celestron Nex-Image 5 MP USB 2.0 Astro Photography Camera hooks up to your computer with a standard USB 2.0 cable (included), where it can record video and pictures in real time. Celestron has packaged the telescope camera with powerful software that filters out poor-quality video frames, leaving only the brightest and clearest images behind, and the software also allows you to manually change contrast, gain, exposure time, color saturation, and a host of other variables directly from your computer. These telescope accessories have a 1.25" adapter barrel to fit most telescopes, connecting securely via integrated C-threads. 2x2 and 4x4 binning capabilities on the camera reduce telescope noise levels and speed up image drawing time, adding more versatility to the CCD camera.
