Choose from Prolene*, ultra-polyester, polypropylene, Mylar*, polycarbonate or polyimide support materials based on their ability to safely retain specimen during preparation and analysis stages, permit maximum analyte-line transmittance, and provide statistically reproducible analytical data. Considerations for selecting an appropriate thin-film material include: resistance of material to degregdation by the analyte, analyte concentration/wavelength, thin-film purity and thin-film thickness uniformity. Chemplex thin-film sample support substances are manufactured to very close tolerances (1-2% within a single package).

Available in continuous rolls, pre-cut squares and circles.
