The large 1cm (13/32") LCD readout is vividly displayed indoors or outdoors. Stopwatches can easily be carried in hand or coat pocket, or be worn around the neck. Watertight construction gives positive protection against lab spills, even accidental submersion. Quartz-crystal design provides 100 times greater accuracy than any mechanical watch.

The readout is 9 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds, 99 hundredths. All stopwatches have the following functions: interval split, cumulative split, single action timing, time-out/time-in, and continuous timing. Model 62379-207 has a dual display and a countdown timing function. Model 62379-229 has a triple display and nine memories. Model 62379-230 has a triple display, nine memories, and decimal timing (99999.99 seconds, 999.999 minutes, 9.99999 hours).

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
