CRKT Onion Shenanigan Folding Knife offers great utility and quality in a rugged, high-value locking liner folder knife. Even though knife designer Ken Onion is known for hisimage assisted opening folders, in this case, the combination of the open-build frame, blade flipper, and lubrous washers and bronze bushings at the pivot allow for fast one hand opening in an exceptional CRKT knife. The Shenanigan features a 3.25" long blade with a classic Ken Onion profile, equipped with a modified drop point style with a slight recurve and a swedged top edge, forged from AUS 8 stainless steel. The Columbia River Onion Shenanigan 6061 Modified Drop Point Folding Knife utilizes a cold-forged 6061-T6 aluminum frame with a beadblast finish, clear anodized for durability, and the stainless steel liner lock is a strip lock, inset into one frame to save weight. Finally, soft, textured, injection-molded scales are inset in the aluminum frame of the knife, making for a frame that is exceptionally strong, lightweight and comfortable. Finally, the sport model blade receives a black titanium nitrite coating for corrosion resistance. The combination of contoured handle, index finger notch and checkered grip pattern make the Shenanigan very friendly to the hands. Columbia River Knife & Tool has equipped the Shenanigan with a thoughtfully designed custom stainless steel pocket/gear clip with a black corrosion-resistant coating. Don't let the name fool you: the Columbia River Knife & Tool Onion Shenanigan 6061-T6 Aluminum Handle Folding Knife is a truly serious folding blade knife.
