Shortly after placing your order, an email is sent containing your order number and order summary. If you do not receive an email confirmation with an order number, please check your Shopping Cart to ensure that your order was finalized. In addition, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam folder.

To check the status of your order, simply enter your order number and 5-digit billing zip code and click Submit. Please note that your order may not show up here for up to 24-48 hours.
Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from our Northbrook, Illinois warehouse. Once your order ships, you will be sent another email with the tracking information for your package. If you do not receive this email, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam folder.

How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, to track your package please follow the instructions included in the shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number, carrier, and instructions on how to track your package. It may take between 24-48 hours for the first scan to show up when tracking your package. This is completely normal and does not necessarily mean your shipment has been delayed.
