The RAP uses only heavy duty Mil Spec hardware.
The RAP is made of Mil Spec Type 8 and Type 13 parachute harness webbing.
All critical points are sewn on a Class 7 sewing machine using #5 nylon cord.
The stitch patterns meet the requirements for life support systems.
The back strap and saddle are adjustable for proper fit and comfort.
An accessory loop is sewn on the side for carrying additional equipment.
