Brix scale sugar hydrometer/thermometers are used to determine the percentage of sugar by weight in a solution as well as temperature. Filled with SafetyBlue non-mercury thermometer liquid. Hydrometer is graduated in 0.1°Brix divisions.

Conform to ASTM accuracy requirements for hydrometer/thermometers. A statement of accuracy is provided to indicate instrument tolerance to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and Deutscher Kalibrierdienst.
