The blade permanently retracts after the device is triggered, reducing risk of injury from an exposed, contaminated blade. Each device is individually wrapped. Sterile.

Choice of standard Surgicutt for adults, Surgicutt Junior for children, and Surgicutt Newborn for newborns. Circular, 9cm (31/2") diameter blotting paper is highly absorbent to quickly wick blood from the incision.
