Product Category Description:

Bedding station protects the operator from airborne particles generated during bedding disposal operation. The station draws room air into the front of the enclosure, preventing aerosols from escaping into the room. Station interior sides, back, upper panel, rear baffle, and work surface are constructed of Type 304 stainless steel with a durable glacier white and slate gray epoxy-coated 18-gauge exterior. Also included is a 20W fluorescent light and two-light filter condition indicator. One-hundred percent of the air passes through a prefilter to trap large particles and then through an exhaust HEPA filter. A top-mounted, disposable, activated carbon and alumina exhaust filter removes odors and other gaseous contaminants.

A large 87.6Wx54.3Hcm (341/2x213/8") access opening accommodates various rodent cage sizes and allows for free range of motion. To dispose of used bedding, the work surface has a 30.5cm (12") square receptacle leading to a 151.4L (40gal.) industrial-strength NSF-listed waste container.

The 115V models are ETL listed; 230V models are CE marked.
