The premium Krystal 2000 plates have been opti-mizedfor luminescence and fluorescence assays. Apatented manufacturing process provides for clear,individual wells in an opaque matrix. The specialdesign of the plate eliminates well to well light crosstalk, improving the accuracy and precision ofphotometric readings.Meet SBS standards Krystal 2000 plates are supplied in a 96 x 350 µl/wellformat. Clear wells allow for measurements to beperformed with both top and bottom reading instru-ments.The white matrix provides for maximumreflectivity, allowing high sensitivity luminescenceassays. The black matrix absorbs light to minimizebackground interference in fluorometric assays. Plates are available with a high binding irradiatedsurface or tissue culture treated. Packaged in boxesof 100, they are also provided in special HTS packsthat include 4 sleeves of 25 plates with lids. Bar coding is available upon request.
