Meopta Artemis 2100 aiming riflescopes 3-12x 50mm are designed as a supplement to various hunting arms. In connection with a fire arm, Meopta with the new rifle scope multiply the precision of long distance shooting many times.
Riflescope from series Artemis 2100 by Meopta offer an illuminated center dot for hunting in low light conditions. The illumination of the red dot under normal daylight conditions is observable only when set on intensity level 6 or 7, so that no matter how small the target is, it will not be overwhelmed or lost in the brightness of the dot when illuminated. The brightness levels of Meopta Rifle scopes can be adjusted with the knob on the left side of the elevation turret in seven steps marked 1-7 (with 7 being the brightest). The interpositions marked with a dot, provide an interim off position between each intensity level, allowing for quick, single click on and off operation. The service life of the original battery, a CR2354, is roughly 80 hours. It is also possible to use a more readily available battery, the CR2032, which has a service life of about 60 hours.
The Artemis 2100 riflescope differs from the model Artemis 2000 by being fitted with the reticle with lit point in the point of intersection of thin lines. The control mechanism of the lit reticle is situated on the left hand side (when looking from the eyepiece) of the central cube with adjustment mechanism. The light intensity can be changed in jumps by a rotating sleeve in the scale range 1-7. In the edge positions and interpositions the illumination is off. For elevation and windage adjustments of the reticle in arms seasoning are provided turret knobs with snap mechanism making it possible to change the sighting angle. The adjusting knobs are protected by caps.
