Best binocular for under 0.00

What would be the best 10x50 bin for hunting (primarily) and general usage? Lots of open fields and prairie which could have coolies and bush. It would also be used in the winter. Thanks in advance.

Not to change your mind but a 50mm objective is going to add a lot of weight to the binoculars.

A good set of 42-43MM with quality lenses would work just fine. Since your looking at using them in winter (rain/Snow) I would lean to a quality roof prism. At $600 you should get your self into some pretty good glass.

I have a pair of these and they are better glass then my friends Pentax SP's nicer then my Weaver Grand Slams BUT they are "poro" or traditional "dog leg shaped" they are considered "waterproof" and I have had my in the rain and they have been fine BUT a poro is not as waterproof as a roof. Finally if you wear glasses (I don't yet) they don't have the best eye relief but the glass is very very very nice close to my Swarovski (not quite there) but great glass

I know they are not 10x but the 8.5 in my opinion is the perfect power since you gain a little and they are still easy to hold steady.

There is no "best", just a range of top choices. Any of the above are excellent choices.
