Can Mirakel perform a miracle?

Jesting aside, I have a pair of 1941 British Army binoculars that need work. I has individual ocular focusing. One side does not focus properly and on both sides the view shows plenty of large specks of dirt / debris. From their web-site description Mirakel sounds like they are just what the doctor ordered. I would appreciate hearing from you if you've had experience(s) with Mirakel or otherwise are familiar with the quality of their work and reputation.
