Hi,
Regarding the focus system ofd this binoculars, can someone please explain how it works?
I know there are individual focus adjustments, compared to center focused binoculars how does this work? Do I adjust for the left dioptri (focus) first and then use the right focus wheel when adjusting for different viewing distances?
Thanks.

Hi
An individual eyepiece focus binocular requires you to focus each eyepiece when looking at an object, but you only do this once, to set the adjustments for your eyes. Once you have done the intial focusing, correctly, at an object at least 100 yards away or more, objects from 30-40 yards away to infinity are always in focus and require no additional focusing. Objects closer than tnis will always require you to refocus both eyepieces. Since you have adjusted both eyepieces, the diopter is automatically set and thus no need for a separate diopter adjustmet as with a center focus bino. This is a great system for medium range and long range objects, but it is not well suited for close in work. Of course, for marine, application and military uses, there is seldom a need to focus on objects that close.
