Leupold Pinnacles ???

Could you tell me where the Leupold Pinnacles binoculars are manufactured, please? I noticed that the 10x42 say Wind River, and there is a special edition Boone & Crockett 10x50 as well. Other than the color and 50mm on Boone & Crockett, would there any difference in quality?

Also, I haven't heard anything for quite awhile about the Bushnell Elite e2 10x42. These are pretty close in price, how would the e2 compare directly to the Leupold Pinnacles? Thanks so much for your help.

The Pinnacles are made in in Japan. Leupold uses the Wind River label for products that are imported, such as this one. Yes, all other editions are basically just different colors, but smae bino

The Elite E2 is also made in Japan. I rate it as slightly better in terms of resolutiona and contrast.

Both excellent binoculars in that porice range.
