Hi,
I'm looking for a good reasonible priced binocular for Deer hunting in twilight hours.
On my rifle I have a Zwarovski Z6i 2,5-15x 56 BT, so the binocular has to perform up against this rifle scope in terms of beeing able to spot the deer in the twilight at a distance of 20 - 150 m.
For daylight hunting I use a zwarovskli SLC 8-30 so the binocular I'm looking for dosen't need outstanding optical performance i terms of brightnes/sharpness in daylight conditions.

Re: Hunting Binoculars twilight conditions
Hi
For twilight and low light work, I like the Zeiss t* coatings. Be tough to beat a Zeiss Victory FL in a 42mm or, of course, a 56mm. However, by going to a premium bino like this, you can do as well or better, in terms of image brightness, with a 42mm than with a less expensive 50 or 56. Takes more than simply a large objective to get good image brightness. It's also a matter of lens quality, lens coatings, internal control of stray reflections, eyepiece design and much more.
