Marine binoculars

Hi,

I need new binoculars to use on my sailing yacht.

As always, price is an issue but obviously good performance is a necessity. Preferred pricerange is well below $200.

The binoculars should be waterproof and if it has autofocus and a compass that's great.

Any advice?
