Help please
Hello, I have been reading a bit on the guides for buying binoculars but still I'm not quite sure what particular one could fit my needs better... basically I want something for surveilance, to see things very far good.. and I am also looking for one waterproof, I saw a bunsnell 20x50 it was cheap but not waterproof so could some one help me on this? thank you.

Hi, thanks for asking.. I think I can handle the weight.. do you think those 20x50 are good? I saw some bunsnell 12x50 too, but I dont know how far I can see with one of those.. so I dont know what to choose
..

how is that 10-22X50 work?... the zoom range 10-22?.. it should be adjusted manually or something like that?. thanks.

Hi
Optically, zooms are always inferior to fixed power binoculars at any given magnification. Also, keep in mind that all 20x binoculars will require a tripod for the sake of steadiness, fixed or zoom and, the higher the magnification, the harder the binocular is to use.
