We'll do, but you have to admit not being able to answer very simple questions about a product you manufacture, no matter what product it is, is a little disturbing, especially when they command/expect a premium price for it. It's too bad. Were you able to find out anything?

I went through a sales rep, not customer service, directly, and was told to contact customer service for that information. I have not contacted customer service. Wy don't you give Nikon customer service another chance and report back.

Thanks again, but I've tried until I'm blue in the face. It's not worth my time to try again. When you offered to find out it was a very nice gesture, but with Nikon CS you just get the run around, so I'm through with them. I bought a brand new Swaro SLC HD 10x42 for $1490 so I have no need to drop $1200 on a demo/questionable Nikon EDG. Registered the SLC HD online, and already got a note from Swaro and a $20 gift coupon thanking me for spending my $$$ with them. Hard to beat that and Nikon can only dream on. Thanks again for your efforts Joanie.
