1.How long will your current sale of $3900 go for?

2.Will someone come out and install them or is it something we will have to do?

3.To take advantage of the warranty if something goes wrong, would a technician come out or would we send the product in? If sent in, would we pay shipping? If so, how much does that ideally run.

4.Does the machine take tokens, quarters…? How much will it hold?

Q: How long will your current sale of $3900 go for?

A: Price will not be changing anytime soon.

Q: Will someone come out and install them or is it something we will have to do?

A: Binoculars come ready to use, no installation is needed, only installation required is to anchor it down. This is done by the customer.

Q: To take advantage of the warranty if something goes wrong, would a technician come out or would we send the product in? If sent in, would we pay shipping? If so, how much does that ideally run.

A: No technician will come out to fix the binoculars. Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the binoculars back to the manufacturer for repairs. Only a one way cost for shipping, manufacturer will pay for shipping the binoculars back to customer. Cost is about $80.00 to $115.00 using Fed-Ex or UPS. (binoculars weigh 185lbs).

Q: Does the machine take tokens, quarters…? How much will it hold?

A: Machine can be set up to take any US currency coin, this is done by the customer. The binoculars come with keys to be able to achieve this. Also different times can be set up for using the binoculars per time. Approximate total the binoculars can hold is $500.00 in quarters. (when setting up the binoculars to use a certain type of coin the weight and size of the coin is measured precisely so that slugs or fakes can not be used.)
