oberwerk 8x42 roof binocs

Can anyone tell me how the Oberwek 8x42 roof binocs are? They are supposed to be phase coated and are much cheaper than any others in this category. I am on a tight budget, and these appear to be a great fit @ $130. Any help is greatly appreciated!

They are very low-end Chinese crapola. The cheapest roofs that I know of that have any real quality are the Bushnell Legends.
