I HAVE A GAYEWAYE XP THESOFTWARE WILL NOT LET ME USE MY DILEUP WHEN I DOWNLOADE PHOTOSUITE 4

Thank you for your interest in www.OpticsPlanet.com. I have not heard of that problem before. Your best bet would be to either contact Bushnell at 800-423-3537, and see if they can help you. This may end up being more of a problem that Gateway will have to answer for you. Good Luck.
