Red Dot Scopes with Magnification?

Postby randysaiki on Sun Jan 13, 2008 11:49 pm

Anyone know of any red dot scopes with magnification other than Leupold or Aimpoint that I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for?

TruGlo 2X

Postby peglegskyler1 on Sun Feb 10, 2008 5:20 pm

I have the 2x (more like 1.5x) Tru Glo on my MAK-90. It seems to be holding up well. I use it for field use as a tracker. It has maintained zero (100 yd.) with over 200 hundred rounds. I have removed it and remounted it twice and it still is on target. I don't expect it will hold up to some real serious abuse, but who knows. So far so good. It will do until I can mount and EOTech. Then I may shift it to my AR-15. Time will tell. Either way, for the money I can't complain.

red dot scope

I bought a mueller red dot 2x7 for my 30-06 riffle and I like it. I shoot less than 100 yrds and aim for the neck, but eye sight is not what it used to be. Thats why I wanted variable scope The red dot will cover a 1" circle at 100 yards. It costs 169.00 including shipping. Joe
