Sight recommendation for S&W model 41

I looking for a recommendation for the best red dot or laser sight for use on a S&W Model 41. The gun will be used for both plinking and bullseye competition.

The Millett Zoom dot is new this year and should be available on our site shortly. It will adjust dot size from 1 moa to 10 moa. It should work well for bullseye.
