Laser training system?

Is anyone taking these cartridge sized lasers and pairing them up with a laser sensitve target? I would like to see the primer used as a switch and have it emit a short burst on the laser with a reactive target that buzzes or lights up on a hit. I would love to be able to practice with my revolvers without expending any ammo and be able to use it in the house without anyone rolling a SWAT Team. Everything needed for this is available but I haven't found anything on the market. Anyone know of anything like this?
