Red Dot Scope for Lever Action Rugged Bush Rifle

Postby AirborneHunter on Mon May 02, 2011 4:19 pm

I'm after a Red Dot Scope for a Marlin 3030 Lever Action for close bush hunting. Where I live it can be very wet and and rugged in the close in bush and wondering what you would recommend as a robust/resilient scope to target the deer. I'm on a limited budget so a strong/anti fog etc well priced scope recommendation would be great. Thank you

This is a perfect application for one of my long time favorites, the Tasco ProPoint. The PDP3 is a proven unit and handles recoil very well. They don't cost a lot and don't weigh a lot. They have good longevity and keep a good zero. Try one. These have been proven on slug guns and competition handguns for about 20 years. Great products. Have fun!

Thanks for your advice.

I was about to purchase one and I noted it's only available in the USA, I live in New Zealand but travel to the UK regularly is there any way of shipping this item out of the US?

I also have friends in the US so can they send it out of the country to me in NZ?

Thanks

We can certainly ship a Tasco PDP3 to New Zealand. Our compliance team may send you an end-user form, but otherwise I see no issues!
