ATN Ultra Sight for Shotgun?

Will the ATN Ultra Sight hold up to the recoil of a 12 gauge shotgun shooting slugs? Anything else in the price range (under $200) that would be a better choice? Thanks.

A better choice for durability would be a standard red dot such as the Tasco Propoint, http://www.opticsplanet.com/tasco-1x30-propoint.html Reflex sights at this price are not known for their durability.

What is the difference between that one and the Tasco Propoint 1x32mm 5 MOA Red Dot Rifle Scope PDTS132?

Hi

Functionally, they are the same, but the mounts and body style are a bit different. The PDST is a tactical style scope and it also comes with flip up lens covers.

As luck would have it, I came across the OKO red dot from someone looking to sell one that was never fired on a gun for $125, so I think that is what I am going to get as it seems to have a solid reputation.
