can this unit while moving in one direction give the speed of another car moving in opposite direction both traveling at different mph

Hi,

A Decatur Genesis, Speedtrack, or any other vehicle installed moving mode radar system with Directional Antennas, they can easily determine the speed of ca vehicle driving in either direction while the patrol car is moving.
