Disregaurding price, weighing all aspects which Dobsonian is a better telescope? Thanks for the help!

Celestron Starhopper 12 In.

Zhumell 12 In.

Meade Lightbridge 12i In.

Hi

Don't carry the Zhumell, but in terms of features, I'd rate the Lightbridge the best scope if you want a trus tube design and ball bearing RA axis and Crayford focuser. .

thanks, does the open tube on the lightbridge pose any problems?

Hi

It can - air currents when there is a breeze, dew and stray light from light pollution sources, but these problems can easily be eliminated with a shroud. The advantages, though, are many - quicker cool down time, easier access to the mirror for cleaning and, of course, transportability.
