i inserted my password ans used my camera 2 or 3 times and never had any problems, my son came over and was looking at my camera and got in on the menu {i used my password at that point to get him in the menu) when we went back out to the woods to set my camera again it shows the password i was using as a error. I am assuming he changed something while in on the menu looking at the features and now i cannot figure out how to get the password back' any suggestions or help to offer?

Hi

Are we talking about Bushnell trail cameras?

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources here at Opticsplanet.net or access to the software on these products to offer the software support you currently need, but you can get help directly from Bushnell. manufacturer.

Contact Bushnell at (800) 423-3537
