Microscope camera attachment

I have a Sony Mavica digital camera with 37mm screw threads for a filter, etc. that I would like to attach to my Leica microscope.

The eyepiece is a 16x with a 30mm berrel. (Leica 10447138)

Can i get a replacement threaded eyepiece that will allow me to attach my camera?
