Which would you consider the best tripod for the Nikon model 8332 25-75x82 field scope? Nikon Manfroto 848, Burris 300159 Euro Diamond Lg Heavy Duty or Bruton Lightweight Alum.Tripod 230-ALPR All are in the same price range. Bruton seems to be the heaviest and would seem to be more stable in windy conditions. I'm thinking the Nikon 848 to be on the light side. As soon as I decide on the tripod I will be ready to order the scope and tripod. You have been very helpful in answering all my questons. Thanks!

HI

Any of those will work for an 82mm scope, but will be a bit on the light side. I would step up to any Bogen kit (and it must be labeled a kit if you want legs and head). A minimum would be the 055XDB, 128RC
