I am looking to replace B&L Elite 3200 (nothing wrong with it) with "something else". I am set on milling reticle and as far as I know only Leupold have and will install tactical milling reticle ( big improvement over mil dot). The scope I am set on is vxIII 3.5-10 40mm objective. I've scanned this forum and got the filling thal Lupy to Conquest will not even stand to compare. My main activity general hunting; gun Sako Hunter 300 Win Mag.
So, is it that much of the difference? what the collective wisdom say on my dilema?. thanks in advance

I've used most and own most scopes. Most of my important guns for large game wear Leupolds. They will do anything any other scope can do in the real world. Everything takes a back seat to reliability in my opinion.
