Bushnell 4200 Elite 2.5-10x40 or Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42

I am looking for a scope for my 7mm-08 Encore.
I have looked at both Bushnell 4200 2.5-10x40 and the Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42 and can't decide which I like better.
I believe both are equally clear.
Both appear to have good warranties.
What are some of the other things I should consider?

Two GOOD choices! Well,they both weigh about the same and are fairly close in price. The Nikon has a better choice of reticles from the web sights I checked. Nikon has the better eye relief at 3.8-4" compared to 3.3" for the Bushnell although the 7mm-08 doesn't recoil that much. One big choice factor for me would be Bushnells Rainguard as I've heard it's REALLY nice. Really can't go wrong with either one as you said they both gave you good clear images. Can't think of any other deciding factors right off.
