Sold 3 of these but apparently our customer can't get them to work, seems that there is something wrong with the battery housing, the battery can't be placed correctly and then the lid put on, anyone else experienced this problem?
The units are: ATN IR450-B4 Super Long Range Infrared Illuminator 450mW (Mfr. ACMUIR45B4).

Sir, you need to push both of button (+) and (-) at the same time.
and then you can adjust the brightness.
just guess

| Is that just a guess or is it a fact? I really need to know since I have 3 brand new units of this IR-illuminator that we can't get to work.. |

Sir,
to turn on the IR450 both buttons need to be pressed together at the same time to turn the device on and off. |
