I need a tripod for a Bushnell Elite 15-45X60 scope. I got the small scope so I could pack it all over creation while hunting. I would like an equally portable tripod, but don't know where to begin. It will be used from a sitting position, so I don't need anything real long. I'm not looking to break the bank, but I don't want a cheap-o that I'll end up cussing more than using. Any suggestions?

Hi

Easily the best we carry in a compact, is the all metal Leupold Compact. Anything else in a compact will be plastic. I wouldn't put a good scope on any other compact.
