I calculated the price of Ray Ban RB2140 sunglasses with USPS International Priority shipping (one of the cheaper options) and the total price came up to be $150.95. If you would like to place the order with us you can do so at http://www.opticsplanet.com/ray-ban-ico ... asses.html.

Hello, thanks for the great questions.

For your convenience we offer a shipping calculator at the shopping cart. You will want to choose one of the standard shipping methods. You can check the cost of each method before you place your order. Please just pick the method you wish to use and hit the "apply" button. Once you hit that, the shipping cost will be updated. If you don't like that price, you can choose something else and repeat the process. You can call us directly at 1-800-504-5897 (option 5) and we can walk you through the order process and play with shipping prices.

I hope this helps you out. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks for posting. I would suggest that you try on a couple of Wayfarers styles. Take a look at the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2132 in 52mm. The 55mm might be too big for you. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 might work for you as well. They offer the 50mm and 54mm. You never know until you try them on. Take advantage of our hassle free return policy.

I like to order a RB2140 54mm. and to ship to Bangkok, I can't find one to try it on so I'm trying to find some answers before ordering it.

Anyway, I have a big face/head and I've been using a Ray-Ban RB2039 Folding Wayfarer II (a large size one) for a very long time and it fits my face perfectly.
I wonder if you could tell me about the size comparison between this old Ray-Ban RB2039 and the RB2140 54mm.

Hello New,

Thanks for the post. The Ray-Ban RB2039 Folding Wayfarer II seems to have once been offered in a 55mm at it's largest size. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 is offered in 54mm so it will be 2mm shorter across you face from temple to temple. You may also like the Ray-Ban RB4165 Sunglasses as well. It's 54mm! They have a larger more comfortable fit for my head. I seem to have a hard time finding a good wayfarer that works for me. Try them both, you would have 30 days to return either for a full refund.

Thanks for your reply.

I've been looking around the net, Found some of RB4165 Justin's are 55☐17–145.
Is it true that RB4165 also comes in 55mm.?

Can the temples on the Wayfarer RB2140's be replaced with longer ones? Where can I find the parts? I have RB2140 901/58. Thanks for any help!

Hi,

My name is Jon and I'm thinking of buying a pair of Ray Ban RB2140, however I'm not sure which size too get since I've a large head. I do have a pair of RB5248 which I use as my glasses.

My RB5248: http://oi41.tinypic.com/so4npw.jpg

"Code" on the frame: RB 5248 5058 51¤19 145

(I created my own thread before I saw this one, you can delete mine. Sorry)

Thank you for the post. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 only comes in 50mm and 54mm sizes. 50mm of course is close to try that one. I am not quite sure how the 54mm will be since your RB5248 is in 51mm. When it comes to the Wayfarer style you never know so try them both on.

Can you tell what size these are? 52mm? I know they're 2132s in Bordeaux but they look huge in some pics and small in others.

Thanks for the post. Sadly I am not talented enough to determine the size of a frame based on a photograph. I could guess but I don't know the young ladies head size. 52mm would be a good start though. You're welcome to place an order for the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2132 and give them a try!

What is the difference between 'Guide' Wayfarers and 'Full fit' wayfarers?

The Ray-Ban RB2140 Wayfarer Guide Polarized Sunglasses were an over-sized wayfarer design with straight temple arms. Ray-Ban Full Fit Wayfarer RB2140A sunglasses were made to accommodate petite faces with higher cheekbones for a more tighter fit. Exact to the Original Ray-Ban Wayfarer in style and design; a customized fit with an adjusted frame.

Hi, I have a pair of 54mm 2113 that are a little small for me across the frame and I don't like how they have the temples that bend farther than straight because it is not tight on my face and slips off very easily. I have a pretty big round face and I'm Asian with the usual Asian traits: small nose, big cheek bones, etc. Will the 54mm 2140's fit me right? How about the 2151? As a reference I think that the 2132's are a little small for my face lensewise, I want sunglasses with larger lenses than the 2132's. Are there other brands of wayfarers that I could look at?

Also forgot to say that I like the way that the 55mm 2132's fitwise, but I thought the lenses were too small

Thank you for the post. The Ray-Ban Wayfarer Square Sunglasses RB2151 only come in 52mm so you may not like them. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 in 54mm may be fine for you as well. I prefer the Ray-Ban RB4165 Sunglasses. The have over-sized lenses and they are wide enough for even my head. Give them a try, I think you will be happy.

You are in the right place for Ray-Ban information. Take a look at this post history. We have been talking about Ray-Ban Sunglasses for a long time.
