Hello, I would start with the Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 in 50mm. That might be perfect.

Please let me know what you think.

Hi there,

I tried two pairs of glasses in the airport RB2140 and RB4181 and the ones that suited me better were RB4181 601/71. I like the size but not the shape. The RB2140 were nicer but looked smaller in my face (dont know the size but they only had that pair in stock).

What model/size of 2140 would be closer in size to RB4181 601/71? That is my favourite design.

Thanks in advance

Hello and thank you for the post. The Ray-Ban RB4181 Sunglasses are only available in one size and that is 57mm. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 is offered in 2 sizes, the 50 and 54mm. I wouldn't be able to tell which model would fit better but the 54mm in the RB2140 would be better than the 50mm. You may want to consider the Ray-Ban RB4165 Sunglasses. The largest size it offers is the 54mm but for some reason it fits so much better on me than the RB2140. It's worth a shot.

Best of Luck to you!

I currently have a pair of 5022's, which fit my large noggin well, but they've seen better days, and I want polarized lenses. Also, one thing that's always bothered me about them is that, while the overall fit is better than most sunglasses on the market (I have a big head, as I said), sometimes the bottoms of the frame come into contact with my cheeks.

From what I've read, the 2140's seem to the current equivalent?

I've tried the 2132 (don't recall which size--52 or 55mm), and they seem ok. I think I prefer them to the 2140.

But, I'm wondering if the 2152 is the way to go? Unfortunately, it appears that they aren't available with polarized lenses any longer, even if they ever were.

Oops, I meant 2151, of the Square Wayfarer.

Thank you for the post. When it comes to the tricky Wayfarer one needs to get out there and just try them on. I also have a big head and none seem to work but the Justins.

You are correct the Ray-Ban Wayfarer Square Sunglasses RB2151 is only offered with the non-polarized G15 lens in 52mm. I can't tell you it would fit but you can certainly try it on. We have them in stock and ready to ship for free. I appreciate the fact that you prefer polarized lenses. We can have our lab make polarized lenses if this is the size for you. Let me know if you are interested in a price quote.

Hello,

I wasn't able to see the pictures. The site is restricted from my workstation. Could you resend it? I will see if the picture in anyway shows the size.

Thank you. Hard to tell size from a photo but by the shape of his head I would guess the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2132s are 55mm.

He wears them well.

Hi, I tried the 2132, 52mm and they had a great fit on me (btw i'm 14), but they're not available locally for me. I can get the 2140 smalls. Would the 2140 have a similar fit and still look nice?

Hello and thanks for posting. Worry not! We ship all over the world. You can always place an order for the Ray-Ban New Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2132 and we will ship it for free in the US. The Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer Sunglasses RB2140 is only offered in the 50mm and the 54mm so that might be a tough one to predict. You may want to stick to the RB2132 in 52mm if that works for you.

I hope this helps. 8)

Hi,
I want to order Ray Ban Aviator 3025 but I see that there are a few models of 3025 glasses. I was thinking about the l0205 in green/gray and gold frames but now i see that there are a few similar 3025 ones. Could you help me please to find out what are the differences between them? Are there any width/lenght differences?I am so confused.

There is the RB3025-001/58 ARISTA (gold) frame with crystal green G15 polarized lenses. This is available in 55mm, 58mm and 62mm.
Here is where it gets confusing. There is the RB3025-001 ARISTA frame with crystal green G15 non-polarized lenses only offered in the 62mm. Then there is the RB3025-001/14 ARISTA frame with crystal green G15 non-polarized lenses only offered in the 55mm and 58mm. Yes, so 001 and 001/14 are all three sizes with non-polarized green G-15 lenses. Watch out for the L0205 ARISTA with crystal green G15 non-polarized lenses only offered in the 58mm and the W3234 ARISTA in 55mm. Not sure why Ray-Ban did it that way but please call me for any other questions you may have at 800-504-5897 ext 320.

Thanks.

Hi, thank you so much for the answer! It helps a lot! Can I ask you one more question? Now as I know what types of 3025 RB offers I have one more problem: what is the difference between L0205 Artista Crystal Green Non-Polarized in 58 and 001/14 which has exactly the same data?

And also I have one more question - what about W3280? They also come in gold frames and green lenses. What is the difference between them and l0205 or 001 which also come in gold and green?
Kind regards
Karla
