Should I return my rb2140?
The arms both sit on the ground when they are out. But when they are in, one is not equal. My dad rb2140 both sit on the ground and are symmetrical. For some reason, it feels like one arm is loose compared to the other side.

Thanks for the post. You should be able to take them to a optician and have them adjusted. A crooked frame is common and slight twist in the opposite direction should fix the frames in seconds. If you are uncomfortable having this done, you can exchange them within the retailers guaranteed period.
I hope this helps!

Should I just exchange them? I went to my optician today and he said he can't do anything because he doesn't want to risk breaking them because I didn't buy it from that store.

Yeah, you may want to talk to the retailer that sold them to you. They should.
