Ray Bans Customer service...

Says that opticsplanet.com is not on their list of official dealers. What is up with that?

LOL This is weird and a little funny. OpticsPlanet has been an authorized dealer of Ray-Ban eyewear for more than 5 years. I am sure if you give them a call they will gladly confirm this. You may have been talking to a new employee or someone who failed to use their resources. OpticsPlanet only sells authentic eyewear and we are very proud of that. These days calling oneself an authorized dealer is not worth lying about and the repercussions of such a public farce can be dangerous. Please visit http://www.ray-ban.com/usa. Go to store locator and type in Northbrook, IL zip code 60062. We are listed as top 4 out of 100 Ray-Ban Official Resellers found near the Chicago-land area. We are authorized dealers, end of story!
