I guess I am less interested in the precise brand (although I am curious about that) than whether this is a generic style of which there are (relatively) inexpensive examples to be found. Any info appreciated!

I am glad you are open to close alternatives. I didn't see any markings that identify the sunglasses he is wearing. However for a close replacement try the Burberry BE4018Q Sunglasses, the D&G DD3049 Sunglasses and the Dolce & Gabbana DG4105 Sunglasses. They all have a lot of potential.

Any other suggestions from the group?
